Gtmhub Integration - How to connect to Gtmhub?
1. Login to your Gtmhub Account.
2. Endpoint for US is app.us.gtmhub.com and for EU is app.gtmhub.com. You will get to know if you use the US or EU version from the url.
3. Go to Settings -> Account name and domain-> Copy your account id and paste it here.
4. Also, for API tokens: Settings -> API tokens -> Copy and paste here.
