Zendesk Integration - How to install, use & Uninstall Zendesk integration in Zluri?

To integrate Zendesk with Zluri, you must visit the integrations page in your Zluri workspace & click on 'Zendesk'.


Integration with Zendesk requires authorization from the Zendesk administrator. If you have the Zendesk Admin credentials, you can authorize yourself. Or you can send an invite to your co-worker to complete the authorization.

Other Details:

After clicking on the connection, you will be redirected to the settings page of Zendesk, where you need to fill in the information about Zendesk account details and Zendesk Subdomain

So follow the below steps to get those values:

1. In the box username, enter your Email Address followed by "/token" (e.g. "me@example.com/token") and use your Zendesk API Token as the Password.

2. Zendesk subdomain can be found in the address of your Zendesk Help Center or Web portal, for example, 'my company' in 'mycompany.zendesk.com' is the Zendesk subdomain


If you are inviting your co-worker to complete the authorization, You will need to fill in in his name, email & a note (optional), and we will invite him.

Your co-worker will get an email with a link to complete the authorization. And will see a screen as shown below after he completes the step.

Usage:

Once you authorise Zendesk, you will see an overview of how the Zendesk application is used across your organization.

You will also be able to see which users use Zendesk

To uninstall the app, please hover on the Zendesk App in the integrations tab & Click 'More Info'. It will open a page like the one below. You can click 'Disconnect' to disconnect the Application from your Zluri account.
