Employee Lifecycle Status Settings in Zluri
The employee lifecycle management in Zluri starts with selecting the right source of data for your employees. Zluri gives you control over what data gets processed & how.
By default Zluri processes employees based on the verified domains. Any user whose email belongs to verified domains is considered as employee and any user whose email does not belong to the verified domains is considered as 'External'. You can change these settings by selecting the options as mentioned above.
Case 1:
If you wish Zluri to consider only the users who are coming from primary sources as well as belong to the verified domains as employees, Please unselect both the options.
Case 2:
If you wish Zluri to consider only the users who belong to verified domains as employees irrespective of their source, Please select the following option. (This is the current default setting)
Process emails belonging to verified domains from all sources as employees
Case 3:
If you wish Zluri to consider all the users who belong to verified domains as employees as along with the users belonging to verified domains from all sources, Please select both the options.
Case 4:
If you wish Zluri to consider all users who are coming from primary sources as employees irrespective their domains, Please select the following option and unselect the other option
Process emails coming from primary source belonging to non-verified domains as employees
