Getting Diagnostic logs for Mac machine

Step1: Click on Zluri icon from the top bar

Step2: Click on Open Diagnostics

Step3: From the new Tab for Diagnostics, click on Save Logs.

Force restart Mac Desktop Agent using Admin Mode

Step1: Click on the Zluri icon from the top bar and select the Show Zluri button from the dropdown

Step2: Highlight the Desktop Agent

Step3: Click on CMD+OPT+S from the Keyboard to turn into Admin mode

Step4: Click on the Zluri icon from the top bar and select the Force Restart button.
