Getting Diagnostic Logs from mac machine and Force restarting agent using Admin mode

Getting Diagnostic logs for Mac machine

Step1:
Click on the Zluri icon from the top bar.

Step2:
Click on Open Diagnostics

Step3:
From the new Tab for Diagnostics, click on Save Logs.

Force restart Mac Desktop Agent using Admin Mode

Step1:
Click on the Zluri icon from the top bar and select the Show Zluri button from the dropdown.

Step2:
Highlight the Desktop Agent.

Step3:
Click on CMD+OPT+S from the Keyboard to turn into Admin mode.

Step4:
Click on Zluri icon from the top bar and select Force Restart button.

Step1:
