Zluri fetches the list of users from Gong. This article explains how you can validate the user data.
Status Mapping:
active = TRUE, is assigned User Application Status = Active.
active = FALSE, is assigned User Application Status = Inactive.
Users coming in earlier sync but not coming in the latest sync marked with User Application Status = Inactive.
How to validate the data:
You can check the count of active users in your Gong Admin Console and that will match the count of users shown in Zluri obtained by filtering by source = Gong and User Application Status = Active.
